How it works
Nobody tells you this at sales: developers want you to sign Handover Acceptance as fast as possible because it releases their final payment. Snagging is your last chance to catch every defect — misaligned doors, scratched wooden flooring, joinery chips, paint drip, plumbing leaks, HVAC irregularities, elevation issues versus SPA. We inspect the unit over 3 hours, photograph every defect, compile a numbered defect report, submit to the developer's handover team, and only recommend signing when defects are fixed.
Anyone taking possession of a brand-new off-plan unit — apartment, villa, townhouse. Strongly recommended.
