Who we are Al Amman Properties (RERA ORN 11778), located at Office Shop 19, Building Q09, International City, Dubai, UAE, is the data controller for personal data collected through alammanproperties.com (the "Site") and our property services.
What data we collect - **Identification & contact data:** name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, nationality, language preference (when you submit a form, request a viewing, or enquire on a listing). - **Transactional data:** identification documents (passport, Emirates ID, visa) and source-of-funds documentation when required for property purchase, lease, or KYC under UAE Anti-Money-Laundering laws. - **Tenancy & ownership data:** tenancy contracts, Ejari, Title Deed, payment records (when you become a client). - **Usage data:** IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, referral source, anonymised analytics from cookies and similar tracking technologies. - **Cookies:** see our [Cookie Policy](/legal/cookies).
Why we collect it (lawful bases) - **Performance of contract:** to deliver brokerage, leasing, or property management services you've engaged us for. - **Legitimate interest:** to respond to enquiries, follow up on leads, send service-related communication, improve the Site. - **Legal obligation:** UAE AML/CFT, RERA recordkeeping, tax (where applicable). - **Consent:** for marketing communications, newsletter, profiling for personalised property recommendations.
Who we share it with - **UAE government bodies & registries:** Dubai Land Department, RERA, Tasheel, GDRFA (where required by law or to deliver the service). - **Service providers under written agreement:** WhatsApp Business API providers, email delivery (Resend), analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), CRM (when in use). - **Real estate counterparties:** developers, banks, trustee offices, other licensed brokerages — only to the extent needed to complete a transaction. - We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
International transfers Some service providers (Vercel, Google) host data outside the UAE. Where this happens we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep data - **Active client data:** for the duration of our relationship + 7 years (UAE statutory retention for real estate transactions). - **Marketing leads not converted:** 24 months from last interaction. - **Cookies & analytics:** as set out in the [Cookie Policy](/legal/cookies).
