Our view on Damac Hills
Damac Hills is the quieter, golf-led answer to Dubai Hills Estate — slightly further out, slightly cheaper, and built around the Trump International Golf Club. Villa buyers get more space for the money than central Dubai; apartment buyers in towers like Park Towers and Loreto get strong yield on a low entry ticket. The neighbourhood feels suburban in a city that doesn't always give you that.
